Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Gujrat, India. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Manage budget and control costs to ensure financial efficiency
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for products
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance goals and improvements
