Restaurant Manager

A well established, upmarket restaurant on the Atlantic Seaboard is seeking an experienced and well presented Restaurant FOH Manager to lead our evening service team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the Front of House team during evening service
• Maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and floor teams
• Handling reservations, guest feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Supporting daily operations, stock control, and cash-ups
