Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Chinese restaurant to ensure excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all meal periods
• Ensure adherence to established service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance at all times
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen/Chef on menu execution and service flow

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure staff grooming and discipline meet restaurant and company standards
• Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented work environment
