Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Manage, train, and supervise staff performance
• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Implement company policies and maintain service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in sales reporting and cost control
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shift schedules
