SALES AND PROFITABILITY

• ACHIEVE SALES TARGET AND PROFITABILITY - Responsible for planning and setting of strategies in achieving sales target as commitment to the company.
• MAXIMIZES SALES AND PROFITABILITY - Prepares budget based on targets, expenditures, and revenue projection. Ensuring positive Net Income at PNL.
• PROFIT AND LOSS - proper analysis and identifies root causes of variances and opportunities to improve performance. Have full knowledge on Food Cost, Labor Cost, Controllable and Uncontrollable Cost of the store.

CUSTOMER

• SERVICE EXCELLENCE- Responsible in the delivery of excellent service to our valued customers and setting a good example to the team. Initiates, establishes, and maintains business relationships with customers and possible clients.
