RESTAURANT MANAGER – MARIA'S COFFEE PAARL

Maria's Coffee Paarl is looking for a hands-on, owner-style Restaurant Manager to lead our premium coffee shop, restaurant, onsite roastery, and pantry.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant / Coffee Shop Manager.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Passion for coffee & hospitality (roasting knowledge an advantage)
• Strong financial, staff, and operational management skills
• Hands-on during peak times with excellent guest engagement
• Able to build relationships with local guests & businesses
• Bilingual: Afrikaans & English
• Own reliable transport
• Proven track record with references

Responsibilities include: full operational control, budgeting, staff recruitment, supplier sourcing, weekly & monthly stocktakes, guest experience, and business growth — with support from the General Manager.
