About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Italian Cuisine Manager to lead the service and culinary team in our new Italian restaurant in El Nido, Palawan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine, exceptional service skills, and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences. This role requires working 6 days per week in El Nido, supporting operations at our existing beachfront Italian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning: Design and maintain menus that highlight traditional Italian dishes with creative twists, ensuring consistency and quality.
