Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front of house to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery.
• Manage staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluation to build an efficient team.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain positive client relationships.
