Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate kitchen operations and dining service
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure food safety, food quality, cleanliness, staff productivity, and teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales, inventory, and raw material ordering
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Prepares a a report on weekly and monthly performance of the store and present it to the management for effective decision making

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant supervision, management, or a similar role preferred
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Eager to learn, grow, and eventually take on a full leadership role in our restaurant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
