JOB SUMMARY

• Overall responsible for the achievement of Net Sales, Cost and OPEX Targets.
• Delivering High Quality Food based on Japan standards.
• Ensure Efficient, Fast and Friendly service.
• Ensure shops compliance to Cleanliness and Image standards.
• Implement Food Safety Standards.
