Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager oversees and optimizes both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations of the assigned café. He/She role-models and upholds Mary Grace Foods, Inc.'s vision, mission, and core values, ensuring consistent execution of the company's customer service standards. The role is responsible for managing team performance, maintaining discipline, and ensuring that all guests are served efficiently while meeting the company's standards for quality, sanitation, and consistency at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or an equivalent course
• With proven managerial experience in food and beverage service in a casual dining restaurant or a sit-down service restaurant
• Physically fit to perform duties involving lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule
