The Restaurant Manager is a property level role for the NHI Group. The functional scope of this role includes property operations services and support, property revenue and growth, property upkeep and security, while performing other related tasks assigned for this role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management or equivalent.
Proven restaurant management capabilities with at least three-year working experience in a management or senior supervisor role at least two-year proven performance record as Restaurant Assistant Manager/ Senior Supervisor or equivalent in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4–5-star full-service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
