  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or premium dining environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership and people management, with a proven ability to inspire, train, and develop high-performing service and kitchen teams
  • Extensive experience in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and professionally resolving guest concerns and service recovery situations
  • Strong background in inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis, with a consistent record of implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
