Job Description
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or premium dining environment
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and people management, with a proven ability to inspire, train, and develop high-performing service and kitchen teams
- Extensive experience in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and professionally resolving guest concerns and service recovery situations
- Strong background in inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis, with a consistent record of implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- A hands-on, proactive, and guest-centric leadership approach that upholds the brand's commitment to excellence
