Restaurant Manager

Good Eats by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Restaurant Manager to be assigned to SaladStop Philippines.
Job Purpose
Ensure efficient store operation and maintain high productivity, quality and customer-service standard. Responsible for achieving the stores targets and profitability.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure that excellent service for both internal and external customers are achieved.
Ensure the correct forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering.
Ensure that proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients are followed.
Appraise personnels performance; Provide needed coaching and mentoring
Monitor man-hour usage (labor cost)
Ensure that every shift is properly manned
Take responsibility for the business performance of the store
Coordinate the entire store operation, including front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house
