is currently looking for Restaurant Manager to be assigned to
SaladStop Philippines.
Job Purpose
Ensure efficient store operation and maintain high productivity, quality and customer-service standard. Responsible for achieving the stores targets and profitability.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure that excellent service for both internal and external customers are achieved.
• Ensure the correct forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering.
• Ensure that proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients are followed.
• Appraise personnels performance; Provide needed coaching and mentoring
• Monitor man-hour usage (labor cost)
• Ensure that every shift is properly manned
• Take responsibility for the business performance of the store
