Mr. Monk is looking for a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead the team, drive operations, and elevate the guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Lead, train, and schedule staff
• Ensure excellent guest experience
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control
• Handle cash management and reports
• Maintain food quality and service standards
• Implement company SOPs and policies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge in inventory, costing, and sales reporting
• Hands-on and operations-driven
• Can handle pressure during peak hours
