Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor service quality, food standards, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

2. Staff Supervision and Training

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.

3. Customer Service

• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
