- Manage all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and supervise service crew and kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, service speed, and cleanliness standards
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues
- Monitor stock, control wastage, and manage orders efficiently
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Drive sales, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
