Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise service crew and kitchen staff
• Maintain food quality, service speed, and cleanliness standards
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues
• Monitor stock, control wastage, and manage orders efficiently
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Drive sales, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
