Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a driven reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Monitoring sales performance and productivity against set targets. Provide feedback to team members on performance gaps and improvement plans.

• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout service periods and attend to customer needs promptly.

• Managing day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, service flow, cleanliness, and staff deployment.

• To execute promotion plans (festive, opening, new menu, special menu, new arrival, etc ) that had been approve by Management.

• To lead the teams (kitchen & floor) to operate the restaurant according the SOP (inventory fulfilment, customer satisfaction, food safety, hygiene, tidiness, atmosphere).
