Restaurant Manager

The Branch Manager will focus on the daily back of house operations; supervises and coordinates the entire back of house team through: supervising and coordinating activities of the kitchen pantry, stockroom, ensuring the maintenance of back of house premises and equipment; carrying out inspections of back of house areas, including but not limited to, kitchen, stockroom and equipment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Management-related courses
• At least 3 years related Operations in a managerial capacity
• Basic Food Safety Certified (an advantage)
