Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage, including ingredients and dishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS, scheduling).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities.
• Understanding of marketing and current industry trends.
• Speaks Chinese
