Restaurant Receptionist

As a Restaurant Receptionist, you are the frontliner in receiving inquiries and reservations as well as welcoming guests. Along with doing other F&B tasks as a service staff.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling guest reservations and walk-ins and assigning tables based on the restaurant's operational capacity.
• Keeping a database of guests' information (name, contact #, and other notes like dietary restrictions, preferences/requests, etc.).
• Ensuring that menus are always updated, clean, and presentable.
• Ensuring that tables, chairs, and centerpieces are well arranged.
• Comprehensive knowledge on food and beverage menu items.
• Assisting in service as needed while ensuring that the standard service sequence is being followed.
• Sound knowledge on food safety principles and practices.
• Being knowledgeable in products and services that both restaurant and hotel offer.
• Being adept in POS application.
