Restaurant Roaster
Position Summary:
The Restaurant Roaster is responsible for preparing, marinating, roasting, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all roasted food items served in the restaurant. The role involves proper food handling, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and ensuring that all roasted products meet the company's standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and marinate meats, poultry, or other ingredients based on standard recipes.
Operate and monitor roasting ovens, rotisserie machines, or grills safely and efficiently.
Ensure correct cooking temperature, roasting time, and product doneness.
Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portioning of all roasted food items.
Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
