Restaurant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager

Role Overview

This role is responsible for FOH leadership across café/restaurant service and off-site catering events.
The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure excellent guest experience, and maintain smooth operational flow both in-store and during events.

Key ResponsibilitiesFOH & Restaurant Operations

• Supervise daily FOH service including opening/closing, shift coordination, and floor management
• Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow
• Train, coach, and evaluate FOH staff performance

Catering & Events Management

• Plan and execute catering set-ups, table layouts, buffet styling, and service flow
