About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including Botejyu, Du Hsiao Yueh, Papermoon, and Yogorino, located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

1. Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all customers
2. Managing and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel
3. Scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels
4. Monitoring inventory and placing orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
5. Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
