Restaurant Supervisor

Gusto Caledon is looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills, hands-on bartending experience, and a passion for Italian cuisine and elevated dine-in service.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant supervisory or lead server experience
• Full bartending experience required (cocktails, wine, full bar service)
• Italian-based dine-in restaurant experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends)
• Smart Serve certification
