Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Food & Beverage Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all menus, and drinks lists given to guests are in perfect condition
• Conduct training for colleagues as well as implement regular training programmes
• Recommend colleagues movements and promotions to the Restaurant Manager
• Attend to guest requests and complaints, efficiently and courteously
