Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) & back-of-house (BOH) operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor food quality.
Staff Management:
- Train and supervise FOH and BOH staff.
- Create staff schedules.
- Appraise performance and provide feedback.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience.
- Implement and optimize operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of food & beverage (F&B).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
