Restaurant Supervisor

Position: Restaurant Supervisor (upscale Asian restaurant)

(Robinsons Mall Location)

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
• Background in casual to upscale dining is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of customer service standards, food safety, and sanitation
• Experience in staff scheduling, inventory monitoring, and cash handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
• With basic computer skills (POS, reports, emails)
• Preferably residing near the Robinsons branch or willing to commute
