Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bussers, and other dining room staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of dining areas according to health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and assisting with ordering.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and standards for efficient dining service.
• Assist in setting up for special events or functions as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties including shift reports and cash handling if required.
