Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff assignments, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., food handling, cleanliness).
- Monitor service quality, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor staff, including servers, hosts, cooks, and baristas.
- Create staff schedules, manage timekeeping, and optimize labor costs.
- Conduct training sessions and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Perform performance reviews and address disciplinary issues as needed.
Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the primary liaison between management and staff, relaying policies, feedback, and operational updates.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
