Restaurant Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Team Leader supports daily restaurant operations by supervising service, staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality, cleanliness, and efficiency standards. This role acts as a bridge between management and frontline staff.

Qualifications:

• College level or graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage service, with senior staff or team leader experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, table service, and guest handling procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, assign, and supervise service staff during shifts.
• Hands-on experience in opening and closing procedures, table setup, and service flow management.
