Restaurant Training Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Standard Hospitality Group is looking for a passionate and people-driven Restaurant Training Manager to lead the development and execution of Front-of-House training programs across our restaurant brands. This role will drive service excellence, operational readiness, and capability development by building training systems, certification programs, and operational standards that support consistent guest experience across all stores.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of FOH training programs and certification systems across SHG brands
• Ensure hospitality standards, service excellence, and operational readiness are consistently implemented in stores
