Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in high-volume restaurant, food court, or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑unit restaurant or food hall operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and food cost control.

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurant brands and live food stations within the Food Emporium.
