Restoration Foreman

POSITION SUMMARY

The Restoration Foreman is a working supervisory role responsible for leading field crews on restoration and civil construction projects. This role serves as the on-site leader and primary representative of Forbes Bros. Ltd. during the construction phase of restoration work. The Foreman is accountable for directing day-to-day field activities, ensuring crews and subcontractors complete work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

This position is ideal for experienced tradespeople ready to transition into formal leadership while maintaining strong hands-on involvement in masonry, concrete, and horizontal restoration scopes.
