Restoration Project Proposal Developer

The consultant is expected to produce one fully developed, donor-ready project proposal, along with supporting outreach materials, to catalyze the mobilization of USD 23 million for restoration in Volcanoes National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, as well as additional funding for restoration across the wider GVL. The engaged consultant will be responsible for delivering the services below: 1. Review relevant technical and strategic documents; 2. Engage stakeholders to confirm proposal concepts, validate geographic and thematic focus areas, and ensure ownership and alignment (e.g. UNEP, WWF, GVTC, UWA, RDB, ICCN, national restoration focal points) through consultations; 3. Identify appropriate funding opportunities; 4. Develop at least two full project proposals; 5. Prepare standard proposal components; 6. Package and submit donor-ready materials.
