Restoration Technician

We are currently recruiting Restoration Technicians to support insurance restoration works across Sydney. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working on-site, and making a real difference for customers following fire, water, mould, or storm damage.

About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will work directly on residential and commercial properties, carrying out restoration works and supporting customers through the recovery process. You will attend multiple job sites daily, assess damage, complete restoration tasks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Sydney Operations Manager and working closely with State Managers. Full restoration-specific training will be provided for the right candidate, with clear opportunities for career progression.
