Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Head will be responsible in managing the food and beverage business units located in QC, Philippines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post-graduate studies will be considered.
• Proven leadership capabilities with at least four years of working experience in a group management role; at least three-year proven performance record as Group Manager of Food & Beverage or equivalent in reputable and upscale restaurant groups in the Philippines; experience in full-service hotels, catering services, pre-opening and business startup, growth, and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high-level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expenses.
