Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and excellent service whilst handling a busy restaurant

· Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

· Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
