Resurgence Associate Director

The Associate Director of Ministry Development serves alongside the Executive Director to strengthen, expand, and steward the ministry of Resurgence Initiatives. This role exists to build the ministry — developing leaders, strengthening partnerships, coordinating ministry initiatives, and helping implement the vision and strategy of Resurgence. The Associate Director helps translate vision into action by building systems, mobilizing people, and ensuring key initiatives move forward effectively. This leader works closely with staff, volunteers, churches, and partners to expand the reach and impact of Resurgence. We are at a crucial moment as an organization, where incredible missions opportunities locally but internationally have opened up. The role will help develop the global call on Resurgence.
