Job Description
Sunterra Retail office team members work day-to-day to support the busy operations in our stores. The Accounting Team plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the business. This position focuses on Accounts Payable, supporting vendor relations, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
Professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for food and service are essential!
Accounts Payable
•Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• 3-way match of PO, Proof of Delivery (POD), and Invoices to ensure only valid invoices are paid.
• Prepare for weekly Payment run to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors (cheques, electronic, and wire transfers).
