Retail Advisor

The candidate will be working at Siti Khadijah boutique located at Sunway Kluang Mall, Kluang, Johor.

Special Requirement:

• PC Literate
• Good in Customer Service
• Good in communication skills
• Able to work on Public Holiday
• Experience on Retail Industry (Bonus)

Specific Duties To Be Performed:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the boutique.
• Arrange and replenish products as required.
• Prepare and manage daily sales reports.
• Promote offers and campaigns through social media platforms.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy.

Education:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma

Experience:

• Customers service in retails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
