Retail and Events Manager

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Retail and Events Manager, based in Singapore. The role is ideal for a hands‑on, energetic, and responsible manager who enjoys building things from the ground up.

The Retail and Events Manager will help manage and grow Innovate 360’s retail and activation spaces, with a strong focus on driving foot traffic, supporting startup brands, improving customer experience, and creating engaging events and pop‑ups. The person should be comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where the space, systems, and programming are still being stabilised.

This is not a purely desk‑based role. The manager will be expected to be on the ground, coordinate with brands and vendors, solve operational issues, support events during weekends when required, and take ownership of making the space lively, well‑presented, and commercially meaningful.
