Retail and Sales Operations Head

About the Role:
The Retail Sales and Operations Head at Beyond the Box will be responsible for the end-to-end performance and strategic growth of the Apple Premium Reseller channel.

This includes overseeing store operations, sales targets, customer experience, and alignment with Apple's global retail standards. The role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class retail, drive profitability, and maintain Beyond the Box 's market leadership in consumer tech retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and profit targets; focus on high-value Apple products and optimize accessory and AppleCare attachments.
