Join the Application Management Services Team which provides Cloud‑based Application, Infrastructure, and Platform services to the Oracle Retail Global Industry Unit (RGIU) to deliver Cloud offerings for our products within the Retail vertical market.

• Install, configure, and maintain Retail application environments
• Upgrade and patch application environments and their technology stacks
• Debug issues related to application configuration and technology stacks
• Create and maintain ad‑hoc productivity and automation scripts
• Triage hardware, operating system, and related issues
• Assist development and QA teams in identifying and solving application and performance issues
