We are looking for a friendly and customer‑oriented Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and achieve sales targets.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and recommend products confidently
• Handle cashiering duties (POS & payment processing)
• Replenish stock and ensure proper merchandise display
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints
• Support daily opening and closing operations

• At least 1 year of retail experience
