A retail assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Their main duties include:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answering queries about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Sales: Help customers find products, recommend alternatives, and upsell items when appropriate.
• Stock Management: Ensure shelves are stocked, well‑organized, and displays are neat. Assist with restocking inventory and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements:
