Overview

As a Retail Assistant in a souvenir shop, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Your role is to create a positive shopping experience for tourists and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments), and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the souvenirs and their significance, including local culture and history.
• Stock Management: Restock shelves, check inventory levels, and assist with stock rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least high school graduate
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
