Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process.
• Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience.
• Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies.
• Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalated issues when necessary.
• Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
