Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, including assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and processing transactions.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring proper store signage.
• Assists with inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise, conducting stock counts, and identifying discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise.
